School Supply List

We recommend starting with the basics, and as the school year progresses, your child’s teachers will let you know if any additional supplies are needed for their courses. Generally, most courses won’t require extra materials. By the third week of school, you’ll have a better idea of what works best for your student.
Some parents have found that using a spiral notebook for each class helps keep things organized. Others prefer folders or a single binder—it’s all about what works for your child! We encourage you to observe and adapt to their needs. Below is a list of commonly used supplies that may come in handy throughout the year, but don’t worry—it’s not a required list!

- Index Cards (4×6) & Storage Box
- Notebooks (1 subject or multiple)
- Graphing Paper (for pre-algebra and algebra students)
- Calculator/Graphing Calculator (optional, check with your teacher—many free online apps are available)
- Dictionary/Thesaurus (optional, free online tools are also available)
- Clock
- Calendar
- Printer/Scanner (with ink and paper)
