Our Shared Service Team believes building positive relationships is key to student success. They are here to coordinate the services your student needs to thrive at Texas Virtual Academy at Hallsville (TVAH).
Erika Kouros | AP® Coordinator
Erica Kouros has served at K12/Stride for 5 years in multiple leadership roles, including currently serving as the 11/12 Campus Academic Administrator and AP coordinator.
Laura Condon | Manager of Operations for Texas
Ms. Condon joined K12 a little over two years ago, with a background in education and nonprofit management.
Jennifer Gover | Family Engagement Administrator for TVAH and Texas Online Preparatory School (TOPS)
Ms. Grover joined the K12 team in 2017. She brings more than 14 years of experience in education and student engagement. Ms. Gover earned a BFA at Baylor University and MA at the University of Houston. She holds teaching certifications in English language arts and theatre.
Donna Haack | Staffing Coordinator for K12 Texas
Ms. Haack joined the team in 2010. She has 21 years of experience in education. Ms. Haack earned a BA in interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis in reading, and a MA in science in reading from Texas A&M Commerce. She is certified in elementary reading and in reading recovery.
Tricia Hamilton | Manager of School Testing Programs for K12 Texas
Ms. Hamilton originally joined K12 in 2011 as a high school math teacher. After teaching for 2 years, she left K12, and then returned in 2015 to work with the testing department. Ms. Hamilton has a background in the corporate world as a quantitative analyst. She graduated from East Texas Baptist University with a BS in mathematics and holds a teaching certificate in mathematics (8-12).
Serena Micklewright | Truancy Officer for TVAH and TOPS
Ms. Micklewright has been with K12 since October 2016. She is originally from the UK and France where she obtained degrees in travel and hospitality. She started with K12 as a registrar and was recently promoted to truancy officer.
